The Office of the Director coordinates all operational and administrative activities of the Department.

IT Services procures, administers, and maintains all departmental computers and provides user and help desk support and server operations. IT Services develops and maintains various Departmental programs and provides reporting and training to support these systems.

Business Operations is responsible for the financial management of the Department. Services provided by this unit include: general accounting, payroll, invoice processing, service chargeback, and financial analysis and reporting.

Human Resources responsibilities include employee relations, employment, classification, benefits coordination, performance management, health and safety, training, new employee orientation program, formulation of job descriptions, recruitment of employees, and Departmental employment searches, diversity initiatives, and parking activities.
