OpScan® services are used to grade multiple-choice tests administered to students. The commonly used forms are 4521 and 4887. Faculty may choose to receive an item anaylsis with their students' names listed alphabetically and/or on a separate sheet for each student. Faculty may also opt to receive the data on a disk for an additional fee. Evaluations can also be scanned and put on a disk.
