Customer Outreach Services provides information about all Department of Business Services units. We will be glad to come and meet with you individually or attend a meeting with a group of your departmental employees to discuss how the Department of Business Services can provide assistance. To schedule a meeting or to request a DBS brochure, send an email to customer@mercury.umd.edu.

CARS (Customer Automated Response System) provides job history and status to Department of Business Services customers. In addition, customers may place orders online through CARS.

Customer Outreach Services also conducts customer satisfaction surveys and is available to assist customers with any departmental service. For more information, send an email to customer@mercury.umd.edu.
