Mail Services offers discounted international mail processing through an international mail consolidator, which can significantly reduce costs (compared to direct U.S. Postal Service processing) for departments needing to send mail globally. Priority Mail Express International™ and Priority Mail® International services, operated by the U.S. Postal Service, are also available through Mail Services. Customers using Priority Mail Express International™ and Priority Mail® International must fully complete the appropriate customs declaration form and attach it to all items weighing 16 ounces or more and to all items having dutiable contents regardless of weight.
Information about addressing international mail and what may be mailed internationally is available on the U.S. Postal Service Website. It is recommended that customers place folded pamphlets and other similar items in envelopes when sending them internationally.
