All Terp Services employees are screened, interviewed, tested, and
assigned to departments commensurate with abilities and job requests.
Some employees of Terp Services have previously worked at the University,
are recent graduates, or are professional temporary employees.
Satisfaction with the temporary support staff supplied by Terp Services
is 100% guaranteed. If a customer is not satisfied with the assigned
employee, the customer should notify Terp Services within four hours,
and there will be no charge. A new Terp Services employee that better
suits the customer's needs will be provided.
Requests
for Terp employees may be submitted online.
Customers are encouraged to provide feedback via a Service
Evaluation Form.

Permanent Placements
Terp Services will provide applicants for permanent University positions,
subject to a placement fee. Contact Terp Services for further information.
Departments may hire Terp staff into permanent positions without incurring
a fee after the Department has utilized the Terp employee for a minimum of 500
