Rate and Additional Charges Information
Enterprise Rent-A-Car agrees to provide University of Maryland, its
divisions, and subsidiaries (as listed in Addendum A), special discounted
rental rates for University of Maryland employee travel at any of
our 100+ locations in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, as follows:

Please note: There is a 10% airport access fee added at either Reagan
National or Dulles International airport locations plus a $3.00/day surcharge
applied at all airport and downtown DC locations.
Included in rate: Liability equal to the minimum state or district
limits. When a vehicle is rented from any Washington, DC - Baltimore,
MD metropolitan area Enterprise location, the University of Maryland
renter will not be responsible for any physical damage to the rented
vehicle, whether due to collision, vandalism, or any other cause not
excluded under the rental agreement, unless contract is considered void
due to a contract violation.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Mileage - Daily and weekly rates include free unlimited miles
when traveling east of the Mississippi River. Monthly rates are available
upon request and are limited to 3000 free miles with additional miles
costing $0.15 each.
Fuel - There is no refueling fee when the rental is returned
with the same amount of gasoline noted on the rental agreement. If the
tank is less, the renter is subject to a $10.00 service charge.
Tax - Rentals are subject to rental tax (MD-11.5%, DC-10%, VA-8%)
and airport charges (10% access fee and $3.00 per day surcharge) if the
renter has departed from an airplane and is renting from one of our airport
locations. Corporate Class members that are "tax-exempt" must produce
a tax-exempt certificate upon each rental and will not be charged rental
sales tax.
Drop Fee - There are no drop fees when the rental is returned
to any Enterprise Washington metropolitan area office with the exception
of airport offices, Crystal City (Reagan National Airport) and Dulles
Airport, where a $25.00 drop fee is charged.
