The University has learned that the U.S. District Court Settlement
Administrator has contacted certain University Travel Card Holders by
mail concerning a Court-approved refund of fees charged to the
University Diners Club Card (Travel Card). The fees were based on
foreign transactions, including both purchases and ATM withdrawals, from
February 1, 1996 to November 8, 2006.
University Travel Card Holders who receive this U.S. District Court
Settlement notice should immediately forward the original, unaltered
forms to:

The refund form should not be processed by the Travel Cardholder.
Refunds that are due as a result of this Class Action Settlement are
the property of the University of Maryland. The University will process
the claims on behalf of all eligible Travel Card accounts. Should you
